The HRMS that never leaves your building.

YUKTY HRMS installs on one Windows machine inside your office network. Employees, attendance, leave, Labour-Code payroll, appraisals — 33 modules on your LAN. No cloud. No subscription per head. Your people data stays where your people are.

One installer. Two Windows services. An RSA-signed licence file the app verifies offline. That is the entire deployment.
Why on-premise

Salary, PAN, Aadhaar, appraisals.
Would you courier that to a stranger's server?

Sovereignty

Your server, your data

Cloud HRMS means your most sensitive records live in someone else's datacentre, priced per employee per month, forever. YUKTY HRMS runs on hardware you already own. When the licence lapses, the software stops — your data doesn't go anywhere, because it never went anywhere.

Simplicity

One box, one hour

The installer checks ports, sets up PostgreSQL, registers two Windows services, applies the schema, and opens your browser when it's genuinely ready. No IT project. Nightly backups are one scheduled task.

Honesty

Licensed offline

The licence is a signed file on your disk. The app verifies it locally — it never phones home, never telemeters, never checks in. If your internet goes down for a month, payroll still runs.

What's inside

Thirty-three modules. One licence. Nothing sold separately.

Employees & OrgDepartments, designations, reporting lines, employee classes HR defines — not hardcoded.
AttendanceSelf marking plus authority marking: managers mark no-shows, HR can mark anyone.
LeavePolicies, balances, approval chains from the org chart.
PayrollPF with EPS/EDLI split, ESI, state Professional Tax, indicative TDS (§192), gratuity, bonus.
AppraisalsHR builds the proforma. Self → reporting manager → reviewing manager, with final marks and a printable sheet.
Bulk importEmployees, salary structures, holidays — validate first, import second. Never half-applied.
Employee scorecardEvery number traces to a source record. Nothing inferred, nothing profiled.
Asset & LiabilityAnnual declarations that lock on submission; print or export.
Assets & DocumentsCompany assets, issue/return, document store.
Travel & ReimbursementsRequests, approvals, claims.
Hiring & OnboardingOpenings to offer to first-day checklist.
Separation & F&FExit workflow with the two-working-day Full & Final rule flagged.
BI DashboardLeadership analytics: month-wise leave tendency, team-wise leave, salary-expenditure and promotion trends, and comparative KPIs.
Staff Happiness MatrixA monthly five-question pulse, published on the 1st. Anonymous by team, rolled into a team × month happiness heatmap for leadership.
Staff SuggestionsAn employee suggestion box: submit ideas (optionally anonymous), upvote, and watch HR move them through an audited workflow to "implemented".
Built for Indian law

The Labour Codes are in force.
The arithmetic is in the product.

CODE ON WAGES · 50% FLOOR
Where allowances exceed 50% of total pay, the excess is added back to wages for PF, gratuity and bonus — computed automatically, and HR is warned the moment a salary structure breaches the floor, including at bulk import.
PF · EPS/EDLI SPLIT
Employer contribution split correctly between EPF, EPS and EDLI, with the wage ceiling applied.
ESI · CONTRIBUTION PERIODS
The contribution-period rule handled: an employee crossing the wage ceiling mid-period stays covered until the period ends.
PROFESSIONAL TAX
State slabs, configurable. If your state has no slabs entered, the product refuses to pretend: it flags that PT would be a wrong zero, on the config page and on every run.
FULL & FINAL · 2 DAYS
Settlement due within two working days of exit under the Code on Wages — the separation workflow flags the deadline.
TDS · §192
An indicative computation, labelled as an estimate on every screen, export and printout. Rates change every Budget; they're configurable in Settings.
Straight answer, before you ask: YUKTY HRMS computes statutory inputs. It does not file returns or generate challans — no EPFO ECR file, no ESI return, no Form 16/24Q. Your CA still produces those, from numbers you can finally trust. Before go-live we ask every customer to run one payroll cycle in parallel with their existing process and have their CA sign off. That's in the contract, not the fine print.

DPDP · Aadhaar Act

Employee data protection isn't a policy PDF here. It's four rules the software physically enforces.

1Never stored in the clear

Aadhaar, PAN and bank account are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest with a key generated on your box at install time. Only the last four digits exist in plaintext — for Aadhaar, that's all the law permits on screen anyway: XXXX XXXX 0124

2Consent before collection

Storing identity details requires recorded consent against a plain-language notice — purpose, rights, security, who the data fiduciary is. No consent, no write. Withdrawal is a button, with the statutory consequence stated honestly.

3Masked by default, everywhere

No list, export or error message ever carries a full value. Seeing one is a separate, deliberate act — restricted to HR/Finance, one field at a time, reason required.

4Every look is logged

The access entry is written before the value is shown. Employees see every reveal of their record — who, their role, the reason, when — under “Who viewed my record”. Sunlight, by construction.

See it work

All 37 screens — no login needed.

Every real screen in the product, organised the way the app itself is — including the Security & Audit Centre and DPDP-grade data protection. The 30-day demo download is this exact software.

Only first name, organisation and city are shown — and only with the registrant's consent. Ranks after #3 form the waitlist; if a seat opens, it's offered in order.

Ranked by the moment you register. No payment details — a seat is a licence file, not a mandate.

YUKTY-HRMS-Setup.exe

Every module unlocked for 30 days on a fresh install. Install it on a spare machine or a VM, load your real org chart with bulk import, and run a parallel payroll.

We don't hand the installer out anonymously. Organisations submit a short request, which is placed before the Director, YUKTY Innovations. Once approved, the download appears on your own dashboard — along with the exact version you're entitled to.

Hosting the HRMS server inside your own campus strengthens your DPDP compliance posture and keeps full technical sovereignty over your employees' data. We would be glad to grant your organisation that opportunity.

DPDP notice: we ask only for business contact information — company name, city, work email and phone — to process your request and provide support. We do not collect any personal or sensitive data (no Aadhaar, PAN, personal ID, or employee data) on this website. Your details are never sold or shared. Questions: support@yukty.in.

What it needs

  • One Windows 10/11 (64-bit) machine on your office network
  • Ports 5555 (app) and 5433 (database) free — pre-flight checks before touching anything
  • Admin rights for the installation only
  • Nothing else: Node, PostgreSQL and the services are bundled and private to the install

First login is admin / password123 — and the product forces you to change it before you see a single record.
